Samsung Tv Retune Greyed Out
I am trying to set up a Samsung LE32B450C led tv that has been lying at dads for a while. On trying to get into the tuning menu, the channel menu is greyed out hence I can't re-tune the tv. Instruction manual also suggests resetting 'plug and play' feature in setup menu but this too is greyed out.

Can anyone shed any light on what the problem might be or something else I need to do.
